All levels welcome. This class combines a yoga warm up with learning the fundamentals of tribal belly dance. In addition, this class is highly focused on body awareness and posturing. Lesleigh also uses her knowledge of the the energetic body and the history of belly dance to give her students a whole learning experience. This class is meant to give students the opportunity to gain strength, flexibility and gracefulness while developing a more positive relationship with their body. Classes are on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm.
