Alternating Teachers: Gg Muir-Robinson, Logan
Classes are aimed around improving functioning on all levels, decreasing pain, increasing sensitivity (to self, others, and the world around us), and decreasing stress and anxiety. These are not exercise classes in the traditional sense, and they involve no stretching or straining. You’ll be doing movements within your comfort range, with the goal of developing new and improved automatic patterns of movement. Anyone can do this work, and no experience is necessary. Most lessons take place laying on the ground, so it’s helpful if you have a set up with your phone, laptop, or tablet where I can see you on the floor, although it’s your choice whether to be seen, so don’t let that stop you from participating.
